4 large pears
3 Tbsp orange juice concentrate – thawed

1 unbaked 9″  pie shell

Topping:

½ c sugar

1/8 tsp salt

3/4 c. flour

½ c. butter

1 tsp cinnamon

Peel and slice pears.  Arrange in pie shell and drizzle with

orange juice concentrate.  Mix topping ingredients together

until crumbly.  Spread over pears.  Bake at 400 for 40 min or

until fruit is tender and topping light brown.
