Cake
2 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup water
3/4 cup Margarine
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
In large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Set a side.
In a saucepan combine oil, peanut butter, water and margarine. Heat to a boil and pour over dry ingredients. Mix well. Add buttermilk, vanilla, and eggs. Mix well. Bake in a greased jelly roll pan at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Frosting
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup milk
Combine in a saucepan and heat to boiling pour over 1 lb powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and spread over warm cake.
