12 Large Manicotti Shells
4 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
6 TBS Chopped fresh basil or 2 TBS dried Basil
1 26 oz. Jar Prepared Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9×13 baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cool water, let pasta dry on paper towel.
In Bowl mix together 3 cups mozzarella with the ricotta and fresh basil. Use a teaspoon to carefully stuff shells. Pour half of sauce in baking dish and arrange stuffed pasta over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with parmesan and bake for another 10 minutes.
