1-2 lbs hamburger
lasagna noodles (8)
Large square of mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
tomato sauce (2 small cans or 1 large can)
1 large carton cottage cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil noodles in water. As they cook, push them down into water. (Do not break them.) Cook until tender. Cut mozzarella cheese into chunks and mix with cottage cheese. Pam 9×13 casserole dish. Put meat layer (1/3), cheese and noodles and layer. Make 3 layers of cheese and meat, 2 of noodles, end with meat on top. Bake for 1 hour.
