1 pkg hash browns ( 32 oz)
3 Tbsp butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ c milk
½ c sour cream
2 c grated cheese
1 Tbsp minced onion flakes
½ tsp salt
Melt butter in casserole dish. Mix together soup, milk and sour cream. Layer potatoes, soup mixture, cheese and onion flakes, ending with cheese. Cook in microwave 16 to 20 min., until potatoes are tender, stirring every 5 min. May be baked in oven in 9 x 12 pan at 350 for about 45 min.
