2 tubes saltine crackers (Zesta whole wheat or regular)
3/4 cup oil
Hidden Valley dry fiesta mix
pepper flakes-optional
Put crackers in 1 gallon ziplock bag. Mix oil, fiesta mix and pepper flakes with a whisk. Pour over crackers and close bag. Turn several times until well coated.
Transfer to airtight container the next day.
