2 bundles of fresh broccoli
1 head of cauliflower
10 slices bacon
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1/2 c. raisins or cranberries
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons white sugar
3/4-1 cup of mayo
1 c. sunflower seeds
Cook bacon, drain and crumble.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion and raisins. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, sugar, and mayo. Pour over broccoli and cauliflower mixture. Toss until well coated.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Before serving, top with bacon and sunflower seeds.
