Put frozen turkey in pan with 1/2 to 1 cup of water. Cook slowly to boiling. Salt it. Cook spaghetti as usual. Salt it. When turkey boils, drain off most of the water and cover turkey with milk. Thicken with corn starch (mix a bit of corn starch with water and stir into boiling turkey and milk mixture.) Put spaghetti in 9×13 casserole dish. Add turkey mixture-put slices of Velveeta cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to an hour. Mix well just before serving.
