Brown 1 lb of hamburger. In 8×8 glass pan, put 3 cups of minute rice and 3 cups of water. Put in microwave for 10 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork. Drain hamburger. Add 1 large can or 2 small cans of tomato sauce to hamburger. Put thin slices of velveeta over the rice, and then the hamburger over the cheese. Microwave for 3-4 minutes or until done.
