2-3 lbs small potatoes, new potatoes (Can use regular and cut down)
1/2 lb bacon-cook and crumble (can use Oscar meyer real bacon bits
1 pkg Ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 cup sour cream
Boil potatoes until tender. Cut in 1/2 or 1/4 depending on size of potatoes. Place in 9×13 casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon on top of potatoes. Combine dressing mix, mayo, onion, and sour cream. Spread over potatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
