Pizza Crust

3 ½ c. flour

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

1 1/4 c. warm water

1/4 c veg. oil

1 pkg dry yeast

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water.  Combine other

ingredients.  Add yeast.  Stir together.  Kneed for 1 min. 

Let rise about 1 hour.  Makes enough dough for 2 

12″ pizza crusts.
