Lemon Jello Salad
3 pkg lemon jello (3oz)
3 c boiling water
3 Tbsp lemon juice
Combine in mixing bowl and chill. When partially set, beat 2 or
3 min. In separate bowl, beat 8 oz cream cheese with ½ c sour cream.
Blend with jello with mixer.
Stir in :
8 oz cool whip
1 can fruit cocktail
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c mini marshmallows
Chill in 9 x 12 pan or in a mold.
