Crumb Mixture
1 cup Flour
1 Cup Quick Oats
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter Softened

Filling
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tbs Water
3 Tbs Corn Starch
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Cups Gooseberries

1/2 Crumb mixture on bottom of greased 9×13 pan. Then pour in filling and top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
