Fruit Salad

½ c. sugar Assorted fruits:

3 Tbsp cornstarch apples

1 c. pineapple juice canned pineapple chunks

1 Tbsp lemon juice grapes

1/4 c. orange juice bananas

Mix sugar and cornstarch together in a small sauce pan.

Add juices.  Cook over med heat, stirring constantly with

a wire whip until clear and thickened.  Set aside to cool.

Cut up fruit in large bowl and pour sauce over fruit. Chill.

If using bananas, add just before serving.
