1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
3 cups Shredded Chicken (Pre-Cooked)
4 oz. canned chipped green chilis
10-12 8 inch Flour Tortillas
1/4 cup Butter
2 cup Chicken Broth
8 oz Sour Cream
2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 teaspoon Chili Powder

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  In skillet, cook onions in Butter until tender.  Stir in flour.  And chicken broth and bouillon.  Cook and stir until thick.  Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.  In a large bowl, combine chicken, 1 cup cheese, 1 cup sauce mixture, green chilis and chili powder.  Mix well.  Fill each tortilla with equal portions.  Roll and put in 9×13 greased pan.  Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
