Brown 1 lb of hamburger.
1 pkg of cream cheese (8 oz)
1/4-1/2 cup of ketchup
1/4-1/2 cup of milk
Mix together. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Put biscuits on top. (not grande biscuits).
Bake as directed on the biscuits.
