2 sticks butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 jar caramel topping

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Bake crumbled on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and crumble.

Put 1/2 of baked crumbled mixture in bottom of 9×13. Top with 1/2 jar caramel topping. Slice ice cream on top of crumbs. Pat together with fingers or spoon. Put remaining crumbs on top of ice cream and drizzle with remaining caramel. Freeze and enjoy!
