1 ½ lb lean ground beef
8 oz shredded cabbage or ½ pkg cole slaw mix
1 tsp onion flakes
1 recipe basic roll dough
shredded cheese

Make basic roll dough and let rise.  Brown ground beef then add cabbage, onion flakes and salt & pepper to taste.  Cover and steam until cabbage is cooked, about 5 min.  Roll out half of dough into a 10 x 15″ rectangle.  Cut with sharp knife into 6 (5 x 5″) squares.  Put 1 Tbsp cheese in center of each square, then about 1/3 c. of meat mixture. Pull up opposite corners of square and seal well.  Place on greased baking
sheet, cut side down.  Repeat with rest of dough.  Let rise about 45 min.

to 1 hr.  Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min. until light brown.
